2 oz Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a salt rimmed glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel

3 oz Rosé or sparkling wine
A dash of club soda.
Add ice cubes and stir.

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Mount Rigi
1/2 oz Punt E Mes
1 dash Angostura bitter
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
